Mr. Angelo has been with EA Fish Development since 2004 and oversees a variety of development projects ranging from urban infill projects to residential adaptive reuse projects to office buildings. Mr. Angelo oversaw the completion of the Waterworks project in Chestnut Hill, MA a $110 MM luxury condominium community with both historic reuse and new construction buildings. Most recently, Mr. Angelo oversaw the acquisition, repositioning, and construction of 32 family affordable homeownership units in Newport, RI; the permitting (40B), financing and construction of 48 affordable units of Senior Affordable rental units in Marion, MA; and the permitting (40B) of 66-units of senior affordable housing in Hanover, MA.

Prior to joining the EA Fish Team, Mr. Angelo worked for Parencorp Development and Diamond Sinacori as a project manager. Mr. Angelo successfully completed the adaptive re?use of a prison into luxury condominiums as well the adaptive re?use of a school and historic town garage into residential condominiums and commercial space. Mr. Angelo holds BA from Hobart College, an MS from Northeastern University and a MBA from Northeastern University.
